Is the paint on this car as terrible as it looks?

Just wondering, cuz if it was in good shape, I would def offer on it.

 

no the paint isnt that bad, it isnt perfect either... could use a paint job but from the pictures there is a slight reflection from the sun/trees.... there are some black primer spots

 

is it drivable? how bad is the windshield?

 

its my girl daily driver so yes it runs... and the windshield would need to be replaced to pass inspection but it is on the right side of the windshield in the corner doesnt effect the view to drive or anything
