make sure all tour plugs are connected in the right place, check your grounds, specially the one on the thermostat housing, did you remove the dead plug in the driver side with all the yellow wires. and last but not least check the fuel relay close to the interior fuse box, and also recheck your fuses one by one.
+1 that ground is important, Ive had an integra sputter and then refuse to start because of it. the fuel or main relay is also important, tends to go around 100k+, heat just erodes the solder, you can try bridging the solder back on your own with an iron(soldering) in a pinch. However that relay typically dies in the hottest part of the summer, so I kinda doubt its that.
