Going to cancel ATT and move over to sprint as soon as I sell this. SIM cards will not be included, I doubt you could use them anyway.

Need to sell to cover the retarded $350 it's going to cost me to terminate my family plan.

Both are in good condition, phones were never abused. Iphone should have applecare warranty until march or may of next year.

has a full screen protector, that is a dull type (non glossy) has a small nick in the SCREEN PROTECTOR, screen should be flawless. Phone has also been in a black rubber case since day 1 also. Will also include a belt clip holster from belkin (i think), also have a spare glossy protector and a pink rubber case if you want, bought a red one online, and it turned out to be pink . Will clean it up and erase everything prior to sale. Not sure what else i'd need to do before I sell it.

apparently ATT lets someone take over the contract

so if this is possible and I dont have to pay termination fee, i'll give you the phones free.

If you no longer wish to be financially responsible for your wireless service and contract, and another person is willing to take on the responsibility of your account, we can do a Transfer of Service (TOS) on your account. This would take the account from your name and social security number to another person's name and social security number/credit information.

To transfer service to another consumer, you (the original account holder) must authorize the Transfer of Service:

* The account must be a post paid account.
* The account needs to be active for a minimum of 60 days.
* The device on the account must be activated.
* The original account and the receiving account must not have a past due balance.


Requirements for the receiving consumer account holder (the person taking over the account) are:

* Receiving account holder must be at least 18 years of age:
o Exception: Alabama - 19 years
o Exception: Puerto Rico - 21 years
* A credit evaluation is required.
* An 11 month contract from the date of the transfer must be accepted.
* An $18.00 Transfer of Service Fee (per line) will be assessed.
* Receiving account holder is required to select a current rate plan; expired rate plans are not eligible for transfer.

id rather just do the account transfer, saves me $350 cancel fee, and whoever picks it up gets a good deal. considering they're not paying for an iphone or a razr just a monthly plan
