Its not US stock wing, I don't think. I have no clue about UK stock wing.

And do NA's use direct coils as well? I know SC300's uses a distributor instead of direct coil.

Pre-1996 uses distributor=less efficient especially when tuning above 600 horsepower, but it WILL work. There are examples of NA-Ts with dissys running in excess of 800 horsepower. I think Boostlogic has the record but I haven't been keeping up lately.

All NA/TT post 1996 use coils.

Nope stock wing looks like this

The spoiler on the blue car is a RMM(Rod Millen Motorsports) or a ebay replica of it.

A few disadvntages with an NA-T VS TT is that is your stuck with a 5 speed vs a 6 speed. The gears are prone to failing if your looking for over 400HP with the 5 speed. The wheels on an N/A model are also smaller than the TT: 8" VS 9". And finally if your mechanically savvy, the intake manifold has a tube that runs above the valve cover on an N/A model. This makes changing spark plugs, and taking off the valve cover less convenient compared to the TT where the manifold just goes straight down into the intercooler without making an overpass on the valve cover.

Are there any Supras that don't have a riced out body kit in the UK? lol
NA-T's are junk. i've never seen one with stock bottom n head that makes decent power. supra's are hogs in full trim and you need a good 400whp just to be somewhat quick.
tt wheels are 9.5 wide.

WTF is with UK insurance, would someone explain?
for americans living over seas you can just call USAA and they will insure you at a slightly higher rate but still well within a reasonable price. UK insurance is based on engine size and some other things. They have certain type of licenses too. What Ive been told is anything 2.0L + is considered a sports engine or something to that effect so insurance is high as shit. Thats why all the ricers around here rock 1.3L POS's.
