the timming belt sliped on the crank side ... looks to be three teeth..

the guy that installed the cams must have not gotten it tight ... could it have messed uo the valves?

got in to it and the adjustable cam gear was off 4 degrees and the belt had slipped two teeth .. also when i took off the cover the balance shaft belt wasn't installed.. installed the balance shaft belt in the car also reset the timing belt and set timing car runs fine..could there be any bent valves?
