Step 1: Buy wheels that stick out 2-3"
Step 2: add camber until wheels stick out only 1"
Step 3: add tires that are 4 sizes too small on wheels
Step 4: slam the car to the ground
Step 5: roll/pull fenders.

Comming from someone who has done "stupid" things to cars. Trust me it isn't quite that easy. But it's certianlly not for everyone. This much is true.
