The worst of the 1990s is alive and well at the WAWA in Chester, near the route 1 exit for 288. There were a few badly primered civics and crx's, a firebird that seemed to think racing around the pumps was a good idea, and several other craptacular vehicles. Sorry no pictures, I was trying to GTFO of dodge to avoid getting hit by a crx that was running around the parking lot with no headlights on at 10pm.

saw a green and yellow civic hatch with tribal graphics getting pulled over by state police on 150S this morning.

i wonder what's the incentive behind ricing? Like don't they know it looks absolutely ridiculous? Same with all our infamous Richmond DONKERS with 24"s on 80's Capri's.
