The silver STI with bronze TE-37s is a wide body (obvious in the later pictures). I have no idea on the wheel size. From the original picture I thought +35 just like Randy because I thought it was stock body.

edit: yea at a closer look i can tell the rear windows are different. still cant tell the make/model though
