Thinking about buying a Duc monster S2R
I've always had a thing for Ducatis... Monsters in particular. I just found a deal on a 2006 S2R with 5200 miles on the clock for $6000 obo. I know the 6000 mile service is coming up. Is anyone familiar with Ducati maintainence costs? I steered away from an Aprilia SXV 5.5 because of maintainence costs. I know Ducs are pricey, but how bad are they? It's been about 3 years since I've owned a bike, so I'm a bit out of the loop.

You need to buy my Duc. It is sitting @ Powersports in Woodbridge right now, but I can pull it and give you a good price. It already has a nice Arrow carbon exhaust and a few other mods. Only 1100 miles on it..............and maintenance is no where near as bad or frequent as the older Duc's.
It's a 2005 S2R Dark with added fairings (I sold the custom seat).
