Hey i have been wanting to do a right hand drive conversion on my eg for while now but can't get my hands on a front clip. So i found someone that just sales the firewall and i wanted to now if this would work , do i need other parts ect. Thanks any help would be apreciated. Danny
that is not even a quater of the parts your need . buy a front clip .... many places to buy them from jsut google jdm front clip ........ passwordjdm.com is one place . do your research ....
youll need the steering rack, brake and clutch lines, and many other things (such as the wiring if you want it done right) that affected by things being on the opposite side
def need way more than that.. full wiring, subframe, steering column, etc..
you should not buy what you have pictured..
You do not need the sub frame to do the RHD conversion but you are right that he will need a lot more to get the job done. He will also need the rest of the interior, steering rack(all parts that so with it), ect.
Your best bet is to find a front cut with everything but the swap and I have seen them go for around 300.
^^^^^ I am not 100% sure but the brake lines you can one off make them by using braded lines which might cost more. Give Japanese Engine Import a call and Ask for Phil and he should be able to let you know.
