Its an unlocked GSM phone. Any provider in US that uses sim card will work so AT&T, Cingular sorry i wasn't clear.

verizon? sorry im not savvy at this kind of stuff, but im intersted can you meet or possibly mail? im onlly in newport news but thats an hour away

no Verizon is on a different network. so it cant be usesd
