Less hard to find, more stupidly expensive. I paid 500 shipped for my old one...they can be gotten for around that price still.
Someitmes you can get lucky and find one for 350-400 shipped.
There has been a Navan bumper LIP on Up Garage for almost a year now, I've never seen one before and having a lip on that bumper is stupid because it is already a very tall bumper and hangs like 3.5" lower then the JDM Kouki bumper.

I didn't realize they were that exspensive now, are the side skirts that pricey too?

The average side skirt prices are 250 shipped if you go on Zilvia or something. They can be found for more at places like JSpec and Panda Garage (J Spec has a front bumper now for 350 + shipping w/o any of the lights).

As weird as this sounds, I REALLY like the US front bumper with lip, slammed.
With my E30 trouble, I wish I had picked up a local cheap S14 and made it a daily, and just used it for a daily.
