There are a lot of different adapters available. There's a couple different adapters for a couple different types of the T56 trans, as well as adapters for GM auto trannies. There's also a guy that makes bell housing adapters for the R154 (supra turbo 5 speed) trans as well. Good budget trans setup if you want a 5 speed.

Things left to do:
Swap rear diff
Install radiator fan
Install trans cooler/fan
Run lines for wastegates
Run line for BOV
Run Oil feed line
Make intake pipe
Run beads on licp
Run coolant overflow tank
From there the last thing is figure out wtf to do for a fuel pump system, which at this point is likely going to include running a surge tank in the engine bay.
