What? Yes, the problem could definitely be the ECU. What cut O2 plug are you talking about? You can get an OBD2a to OBD2b adapter harness and use the correct ECU for that engine without any problems.

the o2 sensor plug thats in the floor someone cut the plug so its not there anymore just some wiring hanging

seriously,what are you doing using a d15b7 ecu to run a b18 engine. that is 99 percent likely the biggest reason its not wanting to start. hell, that ecu isnt putting nearly enough fuel into the car to get it to run correctly. like fabrik8 said, get an adapter harness and thatll probably solve your problem if your not flashing a bunch of other cel codes. if your worried about the o2 being a problem than get an obd1 ls ecu that only requires one 02 sensor and not 2. which engine harness are you using first off ?. and what year engine is the b18 ?

99 ls b18b1 i figured thats what the problem was just had to have something to make sure it started and all but engine harness is the factoryy 99 ex harness
