i was sent this in an e-mail...the guy behind the story posted this on craigslist. some bullshit. read it and post your thoughts and watch your back while he's on the force.....ridiculous.(not my story) may be a repost but o well. i wanna see what ya'll think.



One afternoon I was comming down Williamson rd. past Liberty on my motorcycle and I got to my house and went inside.I was going to get out of long pants and put on shorts to go to a movie with my daughter. Someone knocked on my door, I answered and it was Officer Fuller (Roanoke City police) He stated that he clocked me on
Williamson Rd. at 42 in a 30 mph. zone. He said that he tried to catch up to me but he couldn't get into traffic in time but he saw me run into the house. At this time my 14 year old daughter stepped out on the porch to see what was going on. I explained to the officer that I had been in this house long enough to get changed out of my clothes and put shorts and different shoes on. (about 10 minutes at least). He wanted me to sign the ticket but I refused at first until he called for backup. When his back up arrived one of the guys asked me why I wouldn't sign the ticket and I told him it was because this officer (Fuller) was mistaken because he said I just now ran through radar and I've been in the house for about 10 minutes. The new cop turned around and asked Fuller are you sure this is the guy that was speeding through your radar? and Fuller said."yes that's him I recognize him by his clothes he is wearing"Now my daughter instantly knew right at this moment that cops lie. She knew that I was wearing long pants moments before and the cop (Fuller) was lying saying that he recognized my clothing. Cops wonder why young people dont trust the police. This one cop just made an innocent teenager realize that they will lie to get a conviction no matter what. This is scary because what if it's something more serious?Would he lie about that too?Months later I read an article in the paper about Fuller being punished for lying about his DUI arrests or the paperwork or something of that sort. Watch out for this guy people he is a disgrace to the police uniform.

 

Good find, if you speak to any of the other Roanoke City officers, they don't like his dumbass either.

 

Fuller gave me my first reckless ticket haha. he screwed me b/c he doesnt like my dad.

Oh yeah and while we're on the subject - Roanoke County Officer SEAN CHUYKA..... Anyone i've talked to that's dealt with him will agree he is a disgrace to the Roa. County police force...

He impounded one of my cars for an extremely bull shit reason - and then proceeded to write me all sorts of non-moving violation tickets afterwards... Then 5 days later while i was driving he wrote me the same tickets. I can elaborate but it's a long story haha. All in all, the dude is a sad excuse for a Police Officer... Funny thing is, on the weekends he's a security cop for Barns and Noble. haha So we all know he has it out for anyone he feels he can slam with the law.

 

yeah i fuckin agree with chris, he is a dickhole. he gave me a reckless driving ticket on bullshit i couldnt even have done.. i use to drive a lifted truck (automatic) and he said i was "jumping" my truck w/e the fuck that means, i guess popping a clutch if i had one and screeching my tires? while moving.. uh no. the only thing he could have gotten me for was an illegal lane change. the truck beside me was a stick and could easily do the other stuff. hes a fucking faggot.

 

Always has been. I hope he finally gets what has been coming.

Micah-I think I've had to deal with that County officer you're talking about.Of course,there are several County cops who have it out for modded cars.

About a month ago my brother, K20hisatch and myself where leaving buffalo wild wings at valley view mall, we all walked to our cars and fired em up at the same time. With the cam setup thats in my car I have to hold it around 1800 rpm's for a few seconds when I first start it to get it to hold idle. Anyway we cruise over to hershberger, Stop get out and my brother tells me that one of the security guards at the mall was literally running down the parking lot screamin to me to quit revving up my car. This may not even be relevant to the situation but I just thought it was interesting that a mall cop was so pissed and me holding my car at 1800 rpm's. I guess I could have run it up to 6500 or 7000 and set off a few cars alarms, actually give him something to bitch about.
