Ya that was my Eclipse.... thanks for getting the sheet up for me.

Its a 2007 Eclipse GT 6speed. Its got an Intake, Full Exhaust and a Fuel Tune, nothing too serious. The MIVEC 6G75 platform is amazing and is a completely different setup from the poorly designed 3g Eclipse V6. I've also made comparative numbers on a Dynojet dyno when I had the car tuned.

Currently I hold the 4th Gen Eclipse NA WHP record at 303.8whp... and the cars still damn near stock.


If only they made it AWD... it would replace the EVO.... lol



P.S: Stock for stock... the new Eclipse eats the 350Z's.

granted it hasnt been updated since last year and quickly browing saw a guy posted 13.92 in stock form for the 4G

 

^ I've seen a base model stock 2006 GT pull a 13.5 @ 104mph with the low budget GS tires... and i've never seen a stock pre-2007 350Z even brake a 100mph trap speed. But that's just in my own personal experience.

The "4G Eclipse vs 350Z" has been an on going argument for a while now and even the 350Z forum guys know the true, although they hate to admit it.

But don't get me wrong both are damn nice cars.

car is near damn stock, and its a BEAST in 4th gear. i dont know how much it REALLY weighs, but im going with not as much as everyone thinks. lets just say it paced a stock turbo srt4 on like 18psi, and a 60 trim car at 10 psi.....neither neon could put ANY distance down. if this motor was on boost, it would be hard to mess with on the highway. hey, so when are you going to mess with the timing a bit david?
