you could try and fabricate it into a scoop.
saw a white ITR license plate ITR on 17 near victory.
also saw a silver or gray colored S15 i think with sumospeed stickers. driver on his cell phone, 17, just past the coleman bridge.
also saw my hunk of junk and tie fitr's beast. (he's switching to V6 wheels for a stealthy appearance.)

*edit* Haha I"m going to say probably WAS me, I can't think of any other white/white combos in the area down here. And I was driving from Richmond > Norfolk yesterday evening ~10pm

Saw some douche in a dark green DC2 near the Portsmouth Naval Hospital....I'm assuming it was LS-turbo because he compressor surged at me, then raced to get in front of a lexus, cut them off, and then proceeded to cut off a mac truck while going ~80mph (in a 45) to get off the Port Norfolk exit. His plates were "L8R H8R" or something like that.
