I dont think VA is harsh at all...but to say that nobody in CA builds theres cars to go fast is crazyness..if you kno the right people you can take care of whatever you need to in order to rock your whip..so there is no clean lookin cars on the eastcoast that dont go fast? half the cars on this site look ill and arent the fastest thing on the road..its no secret that smog is a bitch for everyone in california but im just sayin that you can build a fast car if you wanted to, looks is a huge part of the car game in CA and your right, but its def not bc nobody here knows how to build a fast car..the whole smog shit kills the car game, in some aspects you are right but there is fast shit just like there is fly shits anywhere else in the country or world for that matter..like i said its all preference i dont mind a clean hatch with nice wheels and if it has a B in it great, but regardless if the car is clean its ok in my book, its a disgusting ass rust bucket that has 500hp is what im not into..its all how you look at it
