Is this a local 757 widebody MKIV Jetta? If so...dude drives like an idiot. Several times after 5pm leaving the Greenbrier area, I see him driving pretty irratically. He's "that guy" that instead of merging on the highway with everyone else waiting to merge, cuts across the marked median (15+ft wide) and over to the fast lane.
