Not sure, but I have a red rice box hanging from my tow hook. I have been followed by State and County Police and have not got any shit from it. I have never asked a cop about it, kinda wondered myself.

Well i asked a richmond cop (very lenient police) @ my parents club off J.D... and he said its legal... then i asked one @ their other club in Mechanicsville.. (Hanover police aka DICKS) and they said the same thing.. ??? My mom said something the other day about it being a misdemeanor because of something about the mayors daughter or sum shit.. i was lost as hell so i let my balls hang

 

Oh and btw: i see this fuckin SIIICK ass Tiburon all the time, black or dark blue with some gay ass vinyls and a wing custom fabricated @ Boeing on like sum 17's not lowered at ALL. Thats always driving like a fuckin cornball colonial heights kid. I hope ur on here and u can read this. Whats the point in pulling up behind me while i wash my car and revving, then washing ur car only to drive by revving some more and then doing an awesome turning burnout so u can blow out ur axel boots???? Its a fuckin hyundai and none-the-less u should kill urself.

 

He's not on here. He bought the car looking like that for real cheap. I told him years ago to lose that car. He's too poor/broke to buy anything decent.
