Miles(Jestible) and I have a room for rent in the kempsville area. Rent is $400/mo and req a $400 deposit. The lease is to the end of August. We are clean people who are rarely home, we do throw parties at least once a month. Have a hot tub in the back yard. Rent includes all utilities except cable and net. We have no use for them since we are rarely home, we have no problem chipping in if you decide you want it. No dogs/cats
