Saw a white mkiv jetta with black body kit bumpers, wheels, and a FMIC on frederick who continued on through the tunnel around 4-4:30.

Saw a white S2k on 264 with the top down. I think white wheels? Lots of soot around the exhaust.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this car before, that body kit really needs to be replaced with something oem and a decent set of wheels.
