94 Acoord w/ JDM H22A
im having problems......the cold crank sucks....but that could be the battery. My main concern is that vtec is no popping. I have checked the oil level. when i jump the codes i get: Code 6 Engine coolant temperature, Code 10 Intake air temperature sensor, and just recently started getting Code 21 V-TEC control solenoid. the kicker is the car has never popped vtec. but no cel was on for it. now randomly it has came on.....any suggestion
Thanks

change your thermostat, check for leaks in the intake maybe a hose came off. and check all the plugs on the ECU and and the vtec solenoid for Corrosion, from heat and fluid maybe being on it. I have seen ECU that corrosion from water damage to ECU.
More or less grab a different p13 or a ECU that will work on the h22 im running a chipped ECU so if something fails i go to that first.

Ecu is not going to let vtec cross because of the engine temp code. Car has to be warmed up for it to let vtec cross. Fix the cels first. Probably the end where the engine temp plugs in. 2 wire plug near the dizzy. One wire runs the temp gauge in the gauge cluster.

Sounds like you have electrical problems, not sensor problems. The ECU getting an incorrect coolant temp sensor reading can cause the cold start problems. I think you should really take a good look at your engine swap wiring.
