This fucker guns the shit out of his 92-95 4 door civic (with black smoke coming out the back, and barely reaches 6k rpms) coming out of waterside towards 264E. I pass him in my WRXWGN doing 65 on the highway, and he comes up behind me and highbeams and rides the shit out of my back bumper. He lines up side-by-side with me and speed matches me...like I'm going to race him or something. Then he drops gear (while I'm still doing 65) and guns it and barely crawls away. If your on here. Fuck you
