Well then start hitting the heavy bag because I'm not shopping for an '08 so no LS3 and the LS2 that does come in the car I will most likely get will be getting nothing more than a Halltech intake and Corsa Xtremes... maybe some LS7 manifolds and cats.

I used to think they were cool, but they aged on me very quickly. My mom was shopping them when her Corvette was totalled and quickly ruled them out.

The XLR-V does look much better though

 

Not to bump the older thread but when you created the thread, before i voted or read anything more, It sounded like you already had made up your mind, brian. Honestly, you know you want the viper, but know the truth that lies within driving it daily. not nearly as practical. Plus, i have always thought of you as the corvette guy.

damn after lookin at vipers on ebay i might get one...... the prices are fairly cheap!! id take a viper over a vette anyday, i see tons of vettes on a daily bassis

 

You must be looking at the older RT/GT "dog shit slow" vipers. I mean if you get one of those, its something cool to look at, but it would be a complete waste of money in anything over than asthetics.
