Yer right. But you are dumb as fuck if you think just because someone breaks into your car you have the right to shoot them. My truck was broken into and as much as I would have loved to take the motherfucker down. I knew "by law" that I couldn't.
But if you want to be charged for murder, go ahead. Most people that carry know that your given right to use that fire arm is only when you feel that your life is threatened. A thief breaking into your car is not him threatening your life.
I know it sucks ass when things get stolen, and someone violates you. But you motherfuckers seriously need to think before you go and say shit. Because when it comes down to it... is the rest of your life worth something that was stolen that might add up to a couple grand?

January 27,2009 my anniversary with my girl and 9:30pm the night that i thought i was going to loose my life. and the 1 night that i go work out and didnt bring my gun.

Just don't be stupid. Because you might have a gun, and the theif may not have any weapon on them. Despite the fact they were breaking in your car, they can get you for brandishing a firearm.

well im still going to court for the 2nd time next month for a few months back i was getn out of my car when 2 mothers fuckers drove up to another house beside where i was and then 2 dudes came out as i was walking didnt think anything was up then i hear hey and before i could turn around i was already in a deep head lock then a few seconds after i almost got away from his boy had a gun to my ear! my right ear they are caught but the one without the gun is still living at home going to court! got my cell phone stolen my wallet some other shit while i was on the ground being pointed with the gun. now if you dont believe me on that........i got names of people on here that will tell you that i had 2 masked men that attacked me and oh yea and my friend who came outside cuz he saw me roll up and was wondering wat was taking me so long.

having a gun to defend yourself from an armed robbery is one thing, using a gun to blindly shoot at some mother fucker stealing your shitty stereo is another. those two things are not the same.
and it's dumbasses like you that think using a firearm solves any situation is why there are more and more restrictions put upon and freedoms taken away from law-abiding, responsible, and respectful gun owners.
the best thing you'll do with that gun is shoot yourself.
