Drawbridge opening times Norfolk?

Drawbridge opening times Norfolk?
Does anyone know of a site that displays the day to day drawbridge opening times for the bridges in Norfolk, especially the downtown tunnel/bridge in Norfolk? I seem to catch it every day when going to work at different times and I hate it. Any info would be sweet!!

As far as I know the Berkely Bridge just opens whenever its needed to be open at random times througout the day. Sometimes if you listen to the radio or watch the signs along the interstate it will tell you of an advanced opening but usually not. And its a real pain in the ass cause it backs up traffic so much

The bridge openings are on demand, there's no set time.
