sure all your sensors are in sync?? ecu good?? it could have just 1 bad burn in it and it wont start thats how the VW i worked on was... it took for ever and a day to find the o2 sensor shorted out and burned the ecu

Does the fuel pump come on?
Possible Integrated Control Module failure.
Unless they stopped them after 94/95. Then it's built into the PCM.
The black box above the cooling fans. Has a pretty big wire harness that bolts to it, just like a PCM.

well if you want help dont bitch...the next thing I was gonna tell you try is the ICM. The grounds corrode away on those cars and the modules do go bad. They have relays and shit built into them and the only way to fix them is of course to buy the whole entire module. Just like CCRM's for fords as well.
