I think a polished wheel would look good, te37's, not so much. It's a simple and kinda boring wheel design..in my opinion

Depends on what you like. Do you want an aggressive wheel that will require camber and fender rolling, or do you want safe offsets. RE30s are the only Volk wheel that looks good either way. Personally, I say go 17x9.5 all the way around with 255s. 
I'm serious here though. Silver RE30s on your car will look aggressive, without screaming "HEY, LOOK AT ME! !"

Or just get some nice TE37s. They look good on almost everything.

Please. No.
Do the 9 or 9.5 all around, but no need to run that low of an offset to run stretched tires. Just stick to something more like a +45 and you can run some 255s on all four corners.
