I kid, I kid. But for real, that's what happens to AMGs I hope he got gap insurance!
I was thinking the exact same thing about the GAP coverage.

Some companies have the 1 for 1 car shit if your car is totaled. Probably Allstate or something (the one with the black guy doing the talking).

Oh, so the reason why your dad drives a Buick Regal is because he has a big penis and not because he was never successful? Successful people buy nice things because they can. Besides, my dad just turned 50 a month ago so he is starting mid-life crisis.

You keep preaching that the car is totalled... I want to see pics. I used to be an insurance adjuster. Just becaue it's a nice car and brand new doesn't magically make it a total loss.

I said it once, I don't keep "preaching" about it. I have pictures on my G1 and I have no clue where my thing is to hook it to my computer. It's not a total loss in my opinion after I went and saw it lastnight. My Jew brother-inlaw made it sound alot worse than it is. The entire rear panel, valence and exhaust will need to be replaced but that is it. Maybe $15k in damage. The fact it's a nice car and new isn't the reason I was saying it's a total loss. The fact that the loan isn't official for a few days is how he could have gotten out of it. But he is just going to get it fixed because it's not that big of a deal in his opinion. I'll be at the sumospeed show tomorrow with him and I'll have pics if you want to see it. As for the GAP insurance people are talking about, he put down $30k and it's a 2 year loan so there isn't need for it.

I think he is saying that he doesn't think that its totaled now.

But I can tell you this...

You say your dad bought a new GT-R but you have no pictures or pictures of an accident. So... looks to me like you went to get a GT-R and jumped the gun by telling everybody on VaDriven. So... now you have to find a way to get rid of it. So you totaled it. Now nobody is going to expect to see it now that its gone.

I do have to say that if a Tune up costs $2500 and the tranny fluid is $130 a quart. I would hate to have to see this repair bill.

HAHAHAHAHAHA

I looked up the parts just for shits and giggles.

A trunk is $1,311.00!!!!
http://www.courtesyparts.com/84300-l...-p-611044.html

A rim is $1,407.00
http://www.courtesyparts.com/kb_sear....php?keywords=[40300M]+\(R35&cPath=7727_7930_8010_8015

a taillight is $412 for some side insert
http://www.courtesyparts.com/26550-l...-p-611502.html
and $332 for the actual light
http://www.courtesyparts.com/26559-b...-p-611509.html
and the rear bumper with the supports and all the stupid little things attached... looks like it will be around $3000
http://www.courtesyparts.com/gtr-par...8055_8072.html

This is just for basic parts.. not shipping, mark ups, removal, straightening, re-installation, stupid little retainer clips and brackets.

I know that I would be taking an odometer reading of the car before I took it in to the shop. You know that somebody is gonna be joyriding!!! Keep an eye on the spotted thread.. LOL

Actually, the car has already been seen in person by members on this forum under "spotted" thread. I'm 26 years old and have no need to make things up.
