yeah helicoils arent really known for there longevity. like mindless said either timesert (or gardsert) or drill it out and tap a new thread.

ps: for gardserts, you drill out the hole with a 11/16ths size bit -yes its big- then you screw the gardsert in which is made of grade 8 steel, then you can use your old bolts or get new grade 8 bolts. they work great!
