I like the engines. My friend had one in a 94 coupe and it pulled hard as shit. People may say that they are to heavy but the output of the engine it doesn't really seem to matter. I would much rather have one than a gsr i personally would keep the engine.

I pm'ed u , i ordered an f20b two years ago and got the h23vtec. There 11 to 1 so build the shit out of the head and they make crazy power n/a or on spray . Mine made 271 wheel na (stock bottom end) and over 4 on spray when i put a blockguard , mahle pistons and rods in it . Also the h23vtec has 55mm mains of the second gen h22's its open deck but oh well . stock has 11 to 1 comp . the stock rating isn't shit cause of it only coming in auto wagons so the cam suck , spings ,retainers , cams , port the head and manual tensioner should be your first mods to it Also oem parts need to be for an base model 5th gen prelude 97-01 as it is open deck and has bigger mains and some other stuff , but u get my point P.s do rev that thing past 7800 without arp main studs , trust me my main caps were black where they meet the block .

12.6 to 1 comp (milled head , flat faced valves and inline pro head gasket)
skunk2 b series pro series springs and titanium retainers (with .050 shims in spring buckets)
skunk 2 stage 3 pro cams (when itb'd) stage 2 pro's (when had skunk2 intake manifold)
skunk 2 cam gears
ported head with
.5 mm oversize rev flat faced stainless valves
3 angle valve job
Rmf copy header with magnaflow muffle welded straight to the 3 inch collector
msd 6al iginition with blaster 3 coil
balance shaft delete kit
f20b lsd tranny
9 lb chromoly flywheel
unorthadox pulley
denso 440cc injectors
bdl fuel rail and aeromotive regualtor
walbro 355 inline pump (tank sumped)
ARP head studs
ARP main studs
stock rod bolts are cap screwed (like aftermarket rods)
shimmed oil pump
tuned on chrome when it had an intake manifold and tuned on hondata s300 when it had itb's
not wise my friend to call bullshit not to mention its a 2.3 liter and tune was on 100 octane unleaded , but daily drove it and only had to pull 4 degrees out of the base timing to runn 93 octane pump gas
