Lol- they have the same motor. I've done a pretty thorough build and figured if I put up here "any SC300 owners around here" I'd mostly get people with 22's and a system.

 

in poquoson there is a shop called tidewater z, and they have had a few sit there from time to time. a purpleish blue one is always there. I saw it at tims custom paint getting painted after a auto x mishap and it looked to have a fair amount of work done to the car, single turbo, caged, suspension, its a track car. but it seems like whoever owns the car goes thru motors all the time. sometimes it sits with a motor, and sometimes it it sits without one, seems to be hit or miss.

yah i know. we also have a '92 SC with supra brakes, suspension etc etc.
It has the 1uz-fe in it, but it's undergoing some modifications right now.

Im wondering if i could get a ride in your SC with a JZ because dont know if we should keep the UZ and build it or go with a jdm 1jz/2jz...i have seen supras going 1uz also.

and ohh i saw you tonight at freedom, I was driving a friend's blue RSX with mugen kit.

Those engines are a pain in the ass to make fast- get on club Lexus and do a quick 1uz-fe vs. 2jz-ge search. I know a guy who's been working for 5 years to come up with an uncomplicated and cost-effective turbo setup for the 400's...he's still at it too. I'd treat it like a high displacement domestic and shun accordingly.

lol the mr2 and the sc are still down. So many wires so many problems.
