Maybe then it is the females bike of choice. I dont really care what you ride... You ride it because you love it. But... almost all females i see ride GSXR's, and most of them.. if you ask them about any other bike.

They have never drove, sat on or even looked at another bike. If you did your research.. Kudos to you. Then you might make for an intellegent conversation if asked anything. And you won't have the ever so popular.

Who in the hell is gonna buy a 2005 GXSR for $8500? You can get an newer one for that price. Hell... ad about a grand and just get a used 08 or 09.

I agree. Hell Honda is selling CBR 1000's for 1,000 less. My local dealer had them listed for 7800.

About the girls and GSXR thing, that is funny, because my wife's sister just got a GSXR 600, lol!

(As her first bike, against my repeated recommendations NOT to)

Oh well, at least she has gear and is ridiculously scared shitless of the bike lol..

chicks can usually do ok on 600's for a first bike. They are so timid and scared that they are extremely cautious.

Hopefully all will be well with her.

and usually the chicks on R6's have riden alot of other bikes first. And they will tell you about them. In which I know of 3 and all 3 have riden a variety of bikes and say that the R6 is the most comfortable, lightest, and responsive than the others.

So I guess that tells you something... huh?
