Actually, Bikes can still be given an exhaust ticket. but cops normally dont because of the safety that it creates. But I talked to an officer the other day and he told me that if the bike is stupid loud, he will pull it and issue a ticket... but does not mess with bikes just because they are quote, unquote "Loud".
