I think a well driven well prepped FI'd early Meeotter could definitely get there in TTD.

ITA Miatas and Integras have run in the low 2:17s there with ~134whp, and ~140whp. Not a lot left on the table in terms of suspension/tires/being more than an inch away from disaster to get those laps, but it can be done without a lot of power. Mooooooooomentum!
