Spotted a clean black 4 door civic on route 10 tonight around 11:45. Looked like an early 90's model. 4 door. Had what looked like burgandy on the front that faded to solid black on the side to the rear. Lowered. Turbo'd... Slightly faster than me.

Anyone know the guy with the silver tiburon with bronze stock wheels? Has HID's, yellow fogs, exhaust and maybe springs/coilvers. He parks at the bowe street deck as well, I assume he goes to VCU.

Also saw that silver or white 350(it was dark I couldn't really tell) with the gold ce28's and a huge ass wing on broad today parked on broad street near kroager
