Re: Cam question.
Alright, thanks guys! He had me feeling like a total idiot. The funnies part was that after he told me that, I was like, "Oh really? none of the threads or books I've read said anything about that." He merely responded, "well that's b/c every one knows you can't put an automatic engine with a manual car."

Re: Cam question.
I should know this but I am man enough to admit that I don't. Here are the picts of where the auto hooked up to the engine. When you say "new hardware" what do you mean? Outside of the flywheel and the clutch assembly what else would I need?

Flywheel to crank hardware. Get rid of those rusty ass bolts holding that flex plate to the crank. They're probably not the right length for a flywheel anyway.

Re: Cam question.
I have re-used that hardware in the past, but you REALLY don't want those breaking on you. That just wont end up pretty at all.
It's all cheap enough, and find the correct torque specs

Re: Cam question.
Need to get manual flywheel bolts. The automatic ones are too short. Probably have to find pressure plate bolts also so you can bolt the pressure plate to the flywheel
