my winter riding clothes

t-shirt, hoodie or fleece, leather jacket
+
bandana around face, like I'm about to rob someone (keeps your chin and face warm)
+
basketball shorts under jeans, or if its really cold sweatpants under jeans.

works real well, and I can ride for the day like this.
