I don't think anyone is stupid enough to think that every modified car in Europe is totally clean and worthy of this thread. I'm sure its just like cars here. Most domestics are primered redneck mobiles, most japanese cars are riced out, most vws have tinted tailights and pep boys wheels, etc.
