Default Labor price for engine work?

So on Saturday night while having some fun with friends my mr2 started blowing smoke like crazy. I pull over at a wawa and find oil all over the trunk and engine cover.
Im almost sure I blew a piston ring and im not sure im up for going that deep into the engine myself.
Anyone know of any good shops around here that can do this type of work?

Why are you looking in Tech Talk for a shop to work on your car?
