Everyone knows that 60 fts are very crucial for the FWD guys, especially the ones that are making really high whp. I see that Shawn is on the list, and if he's gonna run the green Outlaw/SFWD EM1, it would be interesting to see it run on radials, as that car is probably making close to 900 whp, if not more. My Integra will be making over 600 on 110 oct. once the rebuild is done, but if we're only allowed pump gas, we'll back it down to 450-475, as Honda B series motors are highly risky beyond that power range on premuim pump gas.

But dont get me wrong, Im not issuing a complaint, because I LOVE drag racing, and if we're only allowed to run radials, I will gladly show up on them. Im just simply stating that if thats the case, I really dont think we'll see alot of low ET's from the FWD guys thats making alot of whp, just really high trap speeds.

But MAN, its about time someone stepped up to plan this, so I really appreciate your effort on putting this together. I think its gonna be a CRAZY event, and I will be there if the car is finished!

Im sure everyone will have alot of fun

I don't have a trailor, but if it broke then I would call one to come get me. I don't understand the big deal there, and I don't see why for this one 'street race on a drag strip' that others cannot take this approach.

I've driven to tenessee for a race the last three years. 2 years i drove it back. Sh!t happens.

Unfortunately I disagree on the slicks, because they would not be on any car that you rolled up to at a stoplight. It will also be easier on the drivetrain (see above concern about breaking).

IF Marcus would have backed it up, then it woudn't be bragging... but he didnt

Have you been thinking about matching up cars based on E.T.'s? I would love to race something that is similar and comparable to my own. I know if it's just a heads up "run what ya brung" I'm gonna get my ass handed to me but ahh well. At least I can say I had the balls to try.

I see your point, you only see stuff like that in New Jersey, LOL!

This will be my first time on Drag Radials with that amount of power, so it should be quite interesting. Thank heavens for boost-by-gear.

I'm hoping to have boost by gear also.

I didn't even see that. That wouldn't be bad but that is still not fair for the domestics. I could run a 12.xx @ 150. That would make my car run low 9's or high 8's (very unlikely). Thinking like that will get us to a happy medium and make it as fun/fair as possible.
