You can actually pick up some tunertoy rods and save some money. The more whp you want to make the more you need to spend, 300whp is nice thats what the k made(before it blew), and really you could probably use dsm 450s (with resistor box) a msd btm (which will be helpful anyway to not blow out spark) and as bad as it sounds an afc and make 300. And be reliable. All of these but the Msd probably could be picked up for less that 200 dollars!

Doug. Build the D and be done with it. Then go w00p some V8s with your new found Torque. 
The swap really isnt worth the money if your only looking for big numbers. (by big numbers... I mean for a Honda)
