If this is going to be a street car race then it should be on a street tire with a treadwear rating over 200 ( no drag radials). How many fwd cars do you see at the track that are running a drag radial? Most fwd car pull the same 60ft on a slick as the domestics do on a drag radial. And this Bs about pump gas is dumb. A fast Honda makes twice as much hp per cylinder as you dumbmestic guys/girls which in turn produces more heat and in turn needs race gas to reduce detonation. So if you guys cars are as fast as you say then whats the problem?
