This is going to be (IMO) the best event all year in central!

Agreed... My guess is that a 9.5sec avg pass will win the first category, with a consistent mid 8 second car winning the second category...

Ya think for the first category???? Geez... I'm probably only going to be in at around 11.0 .... I'm gonna be terrible for the average....

Oh well...

LOVE the new rules though!

You'll be fine. I'm right there with ya, I'm only running mid 10's. If the imports can't compete, even on slicks, I will keep the video from this cued up and ready for the next import vs domestic BS thread on here!

Yeah... I think it will be that fast. My car went 10.0 @ 134 on a subpar 60' last year and is coming back 200 lbs lighter with 100 more hp, and the ability to leave off the brake (new suspension, 9inch, etc).... That SHOULD give me a 9.5 - 9.7 sec pass... Others I know of that have signed up have run those kind of times on pump gas with meth... It should actually be pretty competitive.

My best has been a 10.7 running 24psi with my asshole puckered.... I'm planning on keeping it around 20, cause I want to be able to drive this thing home from the races too!

Good fun all around... What a relief... now we just have to wait the next 3 months out....
