1991 Integra Auto Seat Belt stuck.

1991 Integra drivers side auto seat belt stuck. It won't roll back when you close the door.

Call Hall Acura, they tend to warranty seat belt stuff, as long as they weren't cut through.

pull the panel off the pillar and check the belt to see if its jammed or anything
