I wouldn't be surprised. You did swap out 2 of them and could have forgotten to plug it in, so don't be so quick to feel insulted. There worse replies out there than mine.

Very true ....I think the iab, evap purge, iat and I'm sure so many more can plug right in and they are all in the same vicinity. Triple check your plugs and wire colors
I hope that i'm in the right categorize. okay heres the issue, i recently ordered a 96 Spec OBD2A JDM ITHeres what i did, i plugged up all the plugs to the ITR motor using the ITR harness. i then plugged in the ecu that came with it. when i inserted the key and set the car to ACC, i didnt hear the fuel charge up. i tried cranking it to see if i would have any luck anyway but, of course it didnt start.
