bout a 2" wide dent, maybe 1/4" deep, RIGHT on the most compound curved part of the tank. I HATE doing bodywork. I don't even want to go into the garage anymore today,just pisses me off every time I do. I was really hoping to get that thing sprayed with NO bondo on it.

 

Damn man, sucks.

Well... looks like I will be able to let you know about those sprockets jake... LOL... That 03 I picked up had a Vortex 520 conversion kit on it with the typical -1 +2... I just swapped them out on my bike. I figure that it wouldn't hurt to check it out for free.. ya know. I will get back to you on it if you want.

I dont think the 520 chain and sprockets will hold up to my kind of riding... but we will see I guess. I think its gonna be temporary and I am gonna go back to 532 chain and sprockets. I can say that the chain and sprockets were a good 5 lbs lighter all together... atleast. I just think that I might break that cute little sprocket up front.
