Well, it has leaking valves and what I would estimate to be a questionable "rebuild"... Find yourself a car that some tool didn't beat teh sh!t out of.
That way, when you rice it out it'll run for a little longer.

make sure you get a naturally aspirated eclipse, they are some of the fastest cars around.

Ask yourself, if the problem has been diagnosed and all it needs is a $30 repair, why wouldn't the owner have fixed it already? Red flag.
If you do decide to buy a 10-15 yr old DSM, keep a few grand on hand for an emergency.
