Rear Diff Leaking...Any Helpers ? 1985 Toyota Pick Up
Bought an 1985 Toyota Pick up as my daily driver since i sold the ford and the neon kept breaking but after cleaning away all the grease and washing the truck we noticed the Rear DIff keeps leaking....Checked the Rear Axle vent..It's clear and blows fine....Noticed the leak comes from an rear break line bracket.. Had an good friend weld the only hole up we could find and it's STILL leaking ?
Weld looks good..Checked around for an rear axle local and could not find one..Found an salvage yard up in NY with one for 600 Bucks.
Only other option I see is have the diff pulled and do the welds from the inside ?
And how good is Ammaco ?
